Shipping and Carrier
The cost of carrier and flying are extra and depends on destination.
We do not ship during the winter months.
We
ship via Air Canada Airline only and if possible, by Direct Flight. Carrier must be a P100 or larger.
Requirements:
Food, Water and Litter box included.
Pet is insured, micro chipped and packed with fluids to prevent dehydration,
and this is all included in the purchase price.
Please remember to take your pet to your local Vet for its checkup within 10 days of receiving it.

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for thorough customer satisfaction. Your altered pet comes with
a TWO (2) year written guaranteed health package. If you are not completely happy with your kitten/retiree,
we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
You must give
your new pet ample time to settle into its new environment. Some have no problem moving into a new home, while others
can take much longer than you expect. Each have their own unique personalities.
If you follow our instructions and policy thoroughly you will have a very very long and happy relationship
with your new member of the family.
